Based in Wiltshire, in the lovely town of Marlborough, I started Reliance Consultancy – Operations & People to support independent businesses with the practical experience I’ve gained over 15 years in leadership and management roles.

My background, skills, and qualifications allow me to bring a clear, experienced perspective to complex situations, helping owners and managers make confident, informed decisions when things feel challenging or unclear.

I’m passionate about improving the way a business runs day to day. Even small operational changes can create quick, visible results, and seeing that positive impact for clients is something I genuinely enjoy.

I also love working closely with staff and teams  strengthening workplace culture, clarifying roles, and building structures that help people feel supported, valued, and able to do their best work.

For me, a resilient business is built on strong operations and strong people, and that’s exactly where my work is focused.

Aside from my work, I have a young family and two dogs, we enjoy spending our spare time touring around old market towns and countryside walks. My passion for supporting independent businesses comes from my love of Market towns and the independent businesses that go with it
